  • FSU Nursing Programs Opportunity for Comments

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well and enjoying your summer!
The faculty want you to know that the Nursing Department at FSU is changing accreditors and is in the application process right now.  Part of that process is to post notices providing our communities of interest (students, graduates, professional partners, and the public) an optional opportunity to support the application to the NLN CNEA, the National League for Nursing's Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation, by providing commentary directly to CNEA.  Here is the official notice:
The Framingham State University RN-BS, Master’s Degree in Nursing, and Post-graduate
Certificate in Nursing Programs are pursuing pre-accreditation candidacy status from the
National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA),
located at 2600 Virginia Avenue, NW, 8th Floor, Washington, DC 20037; phone 202-909-2487.
Interested parties are invited to submit third party comments in writing directly to NLN CNEA
    (cneaaccreditation@nln.org) no later than August 30, 2023.
If anyone has a few minutes to write a brief comment in an email about their learning experience in the FSU MSN or RN-to-BS program and how the program helped them reach their goals, it would be greatly appreciated.
    Take care,
    Dr. Susan Mullaney
