Good afternoon to all Beta Chi members! You are cordially invited to join us on Thursday November 13, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00pm for our chapter's annual CE event in honor of legendary chapter member Ms. Graham Price-Strain! Graham Price-Strain was not only instrumental to the establishment of NSU's Beta Chi Chapter for Sigma Nursing but also served as an incredible role model for the values of service and community support that Beta Chi stands for. Our 2025 event perfectly highlights this as we welcome Dr. Tavell Kindall, DNP, from New Orleans's South Central AETC!  We invite you to attend Dr. Kindall's enriching presentation on the state of HIV/AIDS outreach initiatives in the state of Louisiana, and how- after decades of political and economic barriers- is finally making a positive impact on the health & wellbeing of all Louisianans.  Our event will be held on the virtual Webex platform on Thursday November 13. Sign in time is requested at 3:45 pm for all registrants to ensure registration guidelines are met. CE will be awarded at 2.25 hours per NSU CONSAH's partnership with ANCC- full event attendance is required! The agenda for our Fall Membership meeting will focus on our 2025-2026 initiatives, inclusive of our annual GPS CE event as well as updates on Board positions, budget, and proposals. Your voice as a Beta Chi member MATTERS - we look forward to hearing about your ideas, thoughts, any & all are welcome! We look forward to seeing as many Chapter members as possible! We want to hear your ideas and share all the good we've done & all that's to come in closing out this Biennium!

Abstract submission closed on 11/15/24, and review will begin on 11/25/24.
