Nu Alpha Chapter

Our annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7 at 12pm via Teams. I have included the Teams link here: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/23040160185803?p=oKvT1Z88zbXIrjt7i6 We will be discussing upcoming events including the Induction Ceremony which will be held on Monday, April 20 at 6pm at the Marshall University Memorial Student Center Room BE5. We would love to invite you to join us and be a greeter for our new inductees. We also have a service opportunity for you to participate in if you are available. The Nu Alpha Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society will host a “Suicide Prevention for the Health Care Professional” presentation on Tuesday Sept. 30, 3:00-4:00pm in Corbly Hall 435. Gift bags will be provided for the students who attend, and they will be eligible to enter for a $50 gift card. Hope to see you there.

The Nu Alpha Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International is having a service project on Tuesday Sept. 23 from 3:30-4:30pm.  We will be going to a local food and clothing pantry to work on switching out the summer/fall clothes. The Cridlin Food and Clothing Panty is located at 1038 6th Avenue.  We are hoping to have students who were inducted into NU Alpha Spring 2025 to work along with faculty on this project. Please let us know if you will be able to attend.
