Each year Lambda Chi Chapter awards scholarships to recognize outstanding scholarships by qualified nurses and nursing students in academic programs leading to the BSN or a higher degree. Awards are granted to those individuals who are conducting or have completed research that will advance knowledge in nursing science and nursing practice. Scholarship amounts vary every year and are solely based on the research that the students and/or nurses have done or are currently doing. Applicants are invited and encouraged to obtain the applications for the Research Grants and Scholarships at: And submit the application via email to: lambdachichapter@barry.edu The application deadline for both the Research Grant and the Scholarship Awards is March 13th, 2024.  Funds will be awarded at the Induction Ceremony on April 17th, 2024
