Leadership Internship Program

The Alpha Zeta chapter's Leadership Internship Program is designed to promote mentoring of new members and to cultivate future chapter leaders. Interns are matched with members of the Alpha Zeta Board and mentored to create and/or implement activities with impact on the Alpha Zeta Chapter and/or the community as a whole. Internship tenure is for 6 months.

Eligibility criteria for the program include:

  • Active Sigma Theta Tau International - Alpha Zeta Chapter member
  • Willingness to serve as a future leader within the chapter
  • Motivation to begin taking lead on chapter initiatives under the guidance of a mentor
