Welcome to Alpha Pi!

Welcome from your Chapter President

I would like to take a moment to welcome all of you to the Alpha Pi Chapter. I am looking forward to what 2025 has to offer our SIGMA community. I have enjoyed my role as president of our chapter and am thrilled to watch our growth and continue to lead this divergent community.

Our collaboration is important to our success as we continue to seek out innovative ways to become more active in our community. This year we are collaborating with the University of Wyoming Student Nurses' Association (SNA) to provide a self-care workshop in April. We hope that this event will be successful and we can continue to partner with SNA to provide future events such as this and open these events up to nurses within our community.

I hope that you can engage in our events and reach out to any of us with ideas or suggestions for future activities or events. In addition, any ideas you have about how we can better support our nursing community would be greatly appreciated.

So, please reach out and let me know if you have any questions, suggestions, or if there is anything you would like to see happening in our chapter. I am looking forward to an exciting year!

Thank you again for being a part of this amazing organization and the Alpha Pi chapter.

Cheryl E. Rodgers, MSN, RN
