Are you a dedicated retired Sigma member or someone nearing retirement with a passion for fostering meaningful connections within our community? If so, we invite you to join us as the Sigma Retired Roundtable Liaison. In this vital role, you'll collaborate with fellow group members and Sigma staff to curate engaging discussion topics and facilitate quarterly roundtable meetings. Additionally, you'll contribute to the vibrant Retired Circle Community and help create other engagement opportunities tailored to our retired members.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with group members and Sigma staff to generate stimulating discussion topics.
Host and facilitate quarterly roundtable meetings via Zoom (scheduled for September, December, March, and June).
Share valuable content and insights within the Retired Circle Community.
Explore and develop engagement initiatives for retired members.
Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates who possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Experience Sharing: Demonstrate an eagerness and readiness to share your wealth of experience and thoughtful perspectives on effective ways to engage retired members.
Virtual Participation: Attend quarterly planning meetings via Zoom to contribute to the strategic direction of our initiatives.
Engagement Commitment: Commit to attending quarterly roundtable meetings via Zoom to actively participate in discussions and foster connections.
Digital Proficiency: Have access to email and a computer, enabling seamless communication and collaboration.
Technology Adaptability: While familiarity with The Circle is a plus, we are prepared to provide training to candidates who are not current users.
