Description:

Career Advisors are STTI volunteers who assist other STTI members with their nursing careers by answering questions and sharing advice in the Career Advice Forum in The Circle. This includes:

  • Playing an active role in community through the answering of questions posted to the group. Answers to questions should be posted publicly (not sent to individuals), so other community members can see and benefit from the response. 
  • Monitoring and encouraging activity among participants.
Career Advisors will fill a six-month role. If you are interested in continuing as an advisor after the six months, you can complete another volunteer application to get credit for another six months.

You must join the Career Advice Forum before you can serve in this capacity.
