Sewing for Babies Omaha Group meets on the first and third Tuesdays at St. Matthew Lutheran Evangelical Church at 1725 S. 60th Street at 9 am.
The focus of this group is to provide clean and warm bedding and clothing for:
- Newborns in needy families
- Premature babies
- Long-term care infants
Layettes and baby items are handmade with love by volunteers and distributed through hospital maternity wards and neonatal intensive care units.
