  • Spring Mentoring Event - Seeking Mentors

    Mar 7, 01:00 PM - 03:00 PM (PT)
Hello Sigma Members, Lambda Gamma Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau, invites you to join us at Sonoma State University on Saturday, March 7th, from 1:00–3:00 PM for our Spring Mentorship Event, where we will discuss mentoring and launching your career after graduation. We are currently formalizing our mentoring program and seeking dedicated nurse mentors from all specialties, both acute and non-acute care settings. If you are willing to volunteer as a mentor, we encourage you to attend and share your experiences with future nurses. Your insight and guidance can help guide new graduates toward a brighter, more confident nursing career. Why Become a Mentor? • Support and guide the next generation of nurses • Share your professional journey and expertise • Strengthen leadership and professional connections • Contribute to building a strong nursing community There is tremendous value in mentoring - not only for mentees but also for mentors. Together, we can provide the support new graduates need as they transition into professional practice. For more information or to express interest in becoming a mentor, don't hesitate to contact Diane or Peterson at stti.sonoma.edu. We look forward to seeing you there! Peterson E.
