The Awards Committee of Sigma Theta Tau Lambda Epsilon Chapter is proposing a policy to to guide the committee in their work. Currently, the chapter has no formal policy for scholarships and awards; this policy is intended to formalize processes and clarify issues that may arise. We would like to invite members to review the policy in it's proposed format and submit feedback or comments to the Awards Committee Chair. The policy will be emailed to members, and will also be posted on the Circle. Feedback is requested by May 1st and may be submitted to kemerys@uindy.edu. At the conclusion of the comment period the Awards Committee Chair will compile comments received and present them to the Board of Directors, along with any proposed changes to the policy based on the comments received. The Board of Directors will vote on whether to approve the final version of the policy.
