Call for Nominations – Chapter Leadership Positions
Dear Members,
We are now accepting nominations for upcoming leadership positions within our chapter. You may nominate yourself or another qualified member who is interested in serving.
All officer positions carry a two (2) year term.
Available Positions & Responsibilities
President
Serves as the primary leader of the chapter. The President guides the overall direction, leads meetings, ensures the chapter follows Sigma policies, represents the chapter, and supports future leaders.
Vice President (VP)
Supports the President and steps in when needed. The VP assists with planning, leadership activities, and helps ensure chapter goals and events are carried out successfully.
Secretary
Keeps accurate records of meetings and chapter activities. The Secretary manages meeting minutes, maintains important documents, and supports communication within the chapter.
Governance Committee Member
Focuses on maintaining the integrity of the chapter. This role helps review bylaws, supports elections, ensures fair processes, and promotes accountability within leadership.
How to Nominate
Please submit your nomination (self or peer) by 4/27/2026. Include the nominee’s name and position of interest.
We encourage all members to consider participating in leadership and contributing to the continued success of our chapter.
