  • Abdulmalik Almutairi PhD candidate at QUT presenting on Pain Management on 30/9/24 at 5PM

    Abdulmalik Almutairi is a PhD candidate at the School of Nursing at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He achieved a bachelor's degree in nursing science in 2015 and worked as an emergency nurse before becoming a lecturer at Tabuk University, Saudi Arabia. In 2019, he completed a master's degree in advanced practice nursing at QUT. His master's thesis investigated factors influencing the timing of antibiotic administration for patients with approved bacteraemia in the ED. This research sparked his interest in studying the inadequacy of pain management in the ED and improving pain care.
