  • For such a devastating illness, we have to work together

TAU MU SUPPORTS ALS RESEARCH The ALS Association’s Trial Capacity Awards are helping break down barriers—especially those impacting currently underserved populations—and allowing for potential new therapies to be tested faster and right where patients live. And the many initiatives to accelerate diagnosis means we will have the ability to identify the disease sooner, and even pre-illness so we can work toward prevention.
  • SUCCESS! Local Joint Chapter Event

Do you ever wonder if taking probiotics is worthwhile? On April 20, 2023, Dr. Glen Treismen, MD, PhD, Professor from Johns Hopkins, presented to several Milwaukee chapters on the relationship between the human microbiome and human behavior and health promotion.  A recorded link will be posted here soon.
  • Tau Mu Donation- YOUR membership at Work

In early December, the Tau Mu board of directors voted to donate $500 to victims of the Christmas Parade tragedy.  We are a small growing chapter & this represented approximately 25% of our current balance.  AND our donation was matched 100% by another foundation.  Tau Mu is heartbroken from this horrific event & we support our community.
