Geisinger Nursing Research Conference Hosted by Wilkes University

Nurses are invited to submit abstracts for poster and podium presentations on creative nursing interventions, new models of services, quality programs, education programs or research projects for the Geisinger Nursing Research Conference being hosted by Wilkes University on October 11-12, 2012.  The deadline to submit an abstract for the conference is 5 p.m. Monday, June 11. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss key health care issues currently facing the nation with health care industry leaders, health care professionals, and political leaders. The timing of the conference is ideal with the upcoming election season and the pending Supreme Court ruling on the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act.
