LGBTQ+ Health Community

Hi I have always wanted to be a part of a community that seeks to support the LGBTQ community, I have often read and heard heartbreaking stories of people who have no support system or have been sidelined by their families because of their sexual orientation and or identity, some even get to the point where suicide seems a viable option. I hope to learn more and find ways of being of some help to people in need of support.
