This conference is provided by the support of the AIDS Service Foundation of Kansas City grant. This foundation seeks to support the area’s HIV/AIDS community and raise awareness about HIV. Crittenton’s Equity of Care project aligns with this mission by providing programming and education to a vulnerable, at risk population of adolescents tailored to their specific needs. This virtual conference focuses specifically on the LGBTQ+ health care needs, implicit biases, health disparities and concerns, and evidence-based practices
