The 39th Annual PNAWNY Research Day, will be held on April 21, 2026. This year’s program theme is Generational Shifts in Nursing, and a dynamic panel is being assembled to represent the four generations currently active in the nursing workforce: Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z.
To ensure a balanced and engaging discussion, nurses from each generation are being sought who can share insights on practice, professionalism, communication, and the evolving culture of nursing across eras. Panelists from all specialties are welcomed.
To be considered for panel membership, interested nurses should:
-
Identify which generation they belong to (no birthdate or other personal identifiers required).
-
Provide a short abstract (3–5 sentences) summarizing their current role, specialty, and career background, along with the unique perspective they would bring to the conversation.
Please see this Google Form for more information and to submit for consideration.
All submissions be completed no later than February 23, 2026.
