John has refined statistical procedures to evaluate the dynamic work environment of healthcare for approximately 10 years, and has examined the work environment of healthcare as perceived by employees in several countries. He also examines patient outcomes as they relate to the work environment.

Geraldine Murray, Director, Ireland

Geraldine is currently the Head of the Department of Nursing and Health Science at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in Castlebar, Ireland. Prior to this academic position Geraldine served as the Director of Nursing in Mayo General hospital in Castlebar, Ireland. In addition to several years at Senior Nurse Management level within the Health Service and a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, she holds her MBA in Health Care Management.

Jayne Felgen, Director, USA

Jayne is president of Creative Health Care Management. For more than 35 years Jayne has served in various nursing professions as a clinician, educator, executive and consultant. She has her Baccalaureate and Master's degree in nursing. Several countries have employed Jayne’s strategies of change.
