    Sigma Mu Iota Chapter is proud to announce that Fred De Souza, BSN, RN, President-Elect, has been named one of the “40 Leader Nurses Under 40” by The Nurse Magazine. The award was presented on August 23, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, during the magazine’s annual recognition ceremony.
