Gamma Eta Chapter

The Moffett and Sanders School of Nursing is hosting Scholar’s Day on Monday, February 9th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (CST) in CHS 1213. We have an excellent lineup of presenters this year and hope you will be able to join us. The Gamma Eta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau is sponsoring the event and will be providing Chick-Fil-A boxed lunches for attendees. If you would like to reserve a lunch, please complete this LINK before Tuesday, February 3rd. Please note that 2.4 continuing education (CE) credits will be offered for this event. Attendees should bring their ABN CE card to be scanned at the conclusion of the program. 

Join the Gamma Eta Chapter for a free 1 credit CEU presentation on December 1, 2025, at Samford University CHS 1253 or online via Zoom. Please register to be able to receive the Zoom link and eval for CEUs.

The Gamma Eta Chapter is pleased to offer financial support for members attending the Sigma Theta Tau International Biennial Convention. Members may apply for up to $300 to help offset registration, travel, food, or lodging expenses. The deadline for the application is October 29th. We will notify you if you are awarded the support by October 31st. Please email your application to Ashley York, the chapter treasurer.  Please check you email for the application.
