Happy Founders Day. Sigma was founded October 4, 1922, by six Indiana University Nursing Students and is now the second largest nursing organization in the world. In celebration of Founders’ Day and Sigma, the USI Omicron Psi Chapter has donated $500.00 to the USI Nursing Alumni Scholarship fund.
