Dear Colleagues,

This is to share that Aga Khan University School of Nursing and Midwifery (AKU-SONAM) has initiated monthly seminar series since January 2014.

In this regard, the first seminar on "Men's Health:The New Frontier?" by Dr. Alan White (a well known professor and a leading thinker in the area of men's health) went successfull. The seminar was attended physically and virtually by participants from different regions.

The 2nd seminar in this series is scheduled on Wednesday February 19, 2014 (1300-1400hrs KHI Time). In this seminar Dr. Steve Edwards (Professor of Philosophy and Healthcare at Swansea University) will share his perspectives on "Selecting the sex of a child--what are the ethical issues?".
