So it appears despite receiving a job offer, applying, and 5 years of work, my efforts and money are essentially useless at the moment... the California BON has seen fit to deny me based on some educational requirement that no one at the board seems to be able to clarify for me. I have done some research and apparently need to attend a nursing program for 3 clinical placements OB, Peds, Psyc. They have to take place at a board recognised accredited school in California. Every school I have called on their list is not taking people who just need a few courses to meet BON requirements. What to do now...
