Invitation: Virtual RAM Workshop & Key Award Points for Psi Iota

Dear Psi Iota Chapter Members,

Happy New Year and Happy Epiphany Sunday!

I am writing to share an exciting opportunity to engage with Sigma through a virtual workshop this January.

Dr. Ellen Buckner PHD, a longtime Sigma member and expert in the Roy Adaptation Model (RAM), is inviting our chapter to participate in a session tailored for STTI members interested in graduate nursing education.

I am serving as our volunteer Psi Iota Chapter Coordinator for this event. As many of us have discussed in our theoretical nursing courses at UST, RAM provides a vital framework for understanding holistic nursing through the lens of systems theory.

Why Participate?

Chapter Advancement: Our participation counts as a "Chapter Collaboration Activity," earning Psi Iota Key Award points for the 2026–2028 cycle.

Academic Application: Dr. Buckner will discuss how to apply RAM middle-range theory to Master’s work, DNP projects, and PhD research.

Cost: This workshop is offered at no cost to our members!
