(Webcast) Building Bridges of Hope over Roaring Waters: Educating During a Crisis

Over the past several weeks nursing education has made immediate, unprecedented shifts to online and remote instruction, leaving many educators feeling burdened, overwhelmed, and even guilty. Many have voiced sentiments of role strain related to balancing multiple “at home” challenges such as working while parenting, homeschooling, providing elder care, being pulled to the front lines, etc. Participants will reflect upon recent losses, explore mechanisms for prioritizing competing demands, and discuss methods for fostering resilience during this time of uncertainty.
