
LEADERSHIP SUCCESSION COMMITTEE
� Promotes the chapter membership
� Encourages member retention
� Helps find nominees for elections and manages nominations
� Assists the Leadership Succession Chair with election ballots
**This committee is a 2 year elected position. Members can only serve on this committee a max of 2 years.

GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
� Ensures compliance with chapter bylaws
� Reviews nurse leader applications
� Assists with the planning and coordination of the induction ceremony

GRANT COMMITTEE
� Participate as a blind reviewer for grant applications
� Serve as a chapter resource for grant awards
� Make recommendations for changes to the grant award process

MEDIA MANAGER
� Oversee chapter webpage development and maintenance
� Manage chapter social media accounts
� Assists with development of communication plan

EVENT COMMITTEE
� Encourage collaborations with chapters and organizations
� Plan and coordinate events/programs that support the chapter purpose and goals
