Recipients of the 2015 Inaugural Lucile Petry Leone Research Grant
Colleen Brand, neonatal nurse practitioner at Texas Children's Hospital, who received $2,500 for her project “Comparison of Sites and Timing for Detection of Urea Plasma Colonization or Infection in Premature Infants;”
Sabrenda Littles, doctoral of nursing science candidate at TWU, who received $1,000 for her work on “PTSD and Its Impact on Life, An Intimate Partner’s Perspective;” and
Angeles Nava, a post doctoral research fellow in nursing at TWU, who received $500 for her project “Perception of Domestic Violence and Access to Resources Among Women Living in Communities in Lima, Peru.”
