41st Biennial Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society Convention in Grapevine, Texas.
The Spring 2011 Research Scholarship Award for the Beta Beta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International was given to Janet Foster, PhD, APRN, CNS. Dr. Foster is an associate professor at Texas Woman’s University. She was given the Research Scholarship Award for her study entitled, “A Pilot Study to Evaluate the Feasibility of a Multi-Component Intervention for Prevention of Delirium in the Critically Ill”. She also presented her work at the 41st Biennial STTI convention in October 2011.
